I believe that having the time, space and opportunity to feel truly heard can help us better understand ourselves, our experiences and what we need. My role is to work alongside you with compassion and curiosity to find your unique way forward. My own experience of counselling showed me how valuable it can be to understand ourselves more deeply, make choices that align with who we are, and give ourselves kindness. This continues to shape how I care for my own wellbeing and how I work with people. Outside of counselling, I enjoy spending time in nature, walking and getting creative with crafts. I'm also training as a Forest Bathing Guide. You can find out a little more about me on [Instagram.](https://www.instagram.com/k.stephenson.counselling) ![Photo of Kitty Stephenson, Online Counsellor in the UK. We can explore a range of tools, theories and skills to support you.  I am inspired by nature to slow down, be a calming presence and reminder of human belonging (we are nature).  [![Help & Support Reach Out](https://www.kstephenson-counselling.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/Your%20paragraph%20text%20(17).png?width=500&height=500&name=Your%20paragraph%20text%20(17).png "Help & Support Reach Out")](https://www.kstephenson-counselling.co.uk/helpsupport?hsLang=en-gb) [![Online Counsellor UK FAQs](https://www.kstephenson-counselling.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/Your%20paragraph%20text%20(18).png?width=500&height=500&name=Your%20paragraph%20text%20(18).png "Online Counsellor UK FAQs")](https://www.kstephenson-counselling.co.uk/faqs?hsLang=en-gb) ## Online Counselling Sessions ### Platform Sessions are 1:1, held online using Google Meet (secure online video calls as part of Google Workspace). ### Duration Sessions are 50 minutes, or longer with breaks depending on your individual needs and preferences. ### Fee The price of each session is **£50.** ### Professional Memberships and Associations ![BACP member registered Counsellor](https://www.kstephenson-counselling.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/BACP%20Logo%20-%20414869.png?width=2072&height=925&name=BACP%20Logo%20-%20414869.png) ![The Forest Bathing Institute UK](https://www.kstephenson-counselling.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/cropped-TFBI-website-logo-landscape.webp?width=300&height=157&name=cropped-TFBI-website-logo-landscape.webp) ## Getting in Touch You can reach me via the contact form below.
