I work integratively; we can use a range of theories and tools to help you understand yourself further, explore your emotions, find clarity in your wants and needs and grow in the ways you want to. 

Life can throw so many challenges at us. You may have faced a devastating, painful loss. You may be struggling, feeling stuck or lost, but can't work out why or how to change this.

The world is constantly changing and life can move at a fast pace. Sometimes there is pressure to be 'fine' or there simply isn't time or space to look inwards and explore how we are, who we are, what we want or need. We often don't get a chance to stop and consider how we are feeling and bottled up emotions can catch up with us.

I bring a kind curiosity that can support you in finding answers to move towards the growth you want for yourself.
